Written for either a new trustee, or one who has been in the role for a while, this new edition provides practical advice that takes account of legislation in the Charities Act 2011, the Charities (Protection and Social Investment) Act 2016, and the 2017 Charities Governance Code. Report: Commissioner perspectives on working with voluntary, community and social enterprise sector
Published February 2017 by the Kings Fund, the research was commissioned by the Department of Health to explore how and why clinical commissioning groups chose to engage with the voluntary sector.
