Published at the end of 2017, the toolkit has been designed to give hospice boards and directors the means to diagnose future risks, to make robust plans and to support any changes that need to be made to ensure the sustainability of their service. It includes case studies, and a range of materials that can be used in board meetings, senior team meetings or away days.
