The article reports on the survey of 300 charities Customer Relationship Systems – CRM’s.  While Blackbaud’s Raiser’s Edge continues to dominate the big organisations in the £10m income, it reports on newer systems enjoying considerable success and high levels of satisfaction for organisations with smaller budgets.
